Positive Thinking

In this day and age I really do think everyone needs to really try to stay positive…I mean they say we out the recession but how many people are still unemployed?

I bet you all you feel down from time to time .. Have you ever thought about what comes out of recession; prob not, and you don `t even realize you are a couple of times. If someone has an argument with you turn the other cheek, but dont aggravate the situation on the ground behind it will make you think negatively
Having a bit of positive thinking can help you realize things that are never thought possible, your world can be your oyster, so here?are a few tips which I think will help you improve your positive thinking.

Take passionate action against your life, talk is cheap. .. Action = deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. Without it, the passion is extinguished. Positive thinking action = massive results, whether you make money or want to increase well-being.
Recognize and embrace the thought that each moment is perfect regardless of its outcome. Every time you hit on something that may seem too extreme, why not give it a shot and see if it will work. You will be surprised to see if there are other ways to get the task done in time. If you are not pleased with the outcome, decide to use that moment to learn from and make the right shift.

For most of us our mood can depend on how we wake up…and sometimes there is nothing we can do when we wake up on the wrong side of the bed…luckily iv always managed to roll the right way…well 98% of the time. This will also depend on the?environment?that you wake up in…now if you have kids and I mean young kids your happy feeling can go to Im gonna rip your head off feeling which is NOT how you want to start your day, but thats just the joys of kids. Got to love them. Get things ready the night before so you have less to worry about when getting your kids ready or your work things in to gear. Not to mention having breakfast, I need to eat first thing or I turn into Mr grumpy… so if this works do it.

Now this is something you all don‘t want to hear but your diet has a small part in positive thinking aswell as exercise..if you are always feeling run down and tired naturally you will stop thinking positive. Try eating some healthy energy foods and exercise 3 times a week… having more energy will boost your life in more ways than one.

Now I know this might seem silly but try laughing once and a while… if you’re are serious person then go watch a comedy show… laughing make you happy which keeps you calm which in turn will help you think positive.Life has so much to offer don`t allow yourself to mope around in self-pity. Humor is very attractive and very passionate: life-giving.

You are the architect of your life…SO START?BELIEVING YOU ARE! No one can change this but you.

Night Terrors – An Unexpected Cure

Although night terrors mostly affect children, a staggering 15%, adults

are not exempt. They can start at any time of life and to any one. I

Discovered this, they began to happen to me – completely out of
blue. I didn?t know what had hit me! The first time it happened I woke

myself up screaming. Nothing was there. The rest of the night I dared

not even close my eyes unless it happened again. I didn?t know that it

was a condition, and that it was called night terrors.

But what are night terrors? No one knows what causes them. There are

theories but no concrete evidence. One belief is that they are

mysterious glitches in the smooth transition between stages of sleep.

Another school of thought is that they are attacks by malevolent, non

physical entities. What ever the truth is it does not make them any

easier to deal with. They are terrifying.

For me they would strike out of the blue. It did not matter if I was at

home in my own bed, in a hotel, staying with someone else or camping in

a field I would wake myself and my husband with my blood curdling

screams. I didn?t see any thing. I didn?t feel anything – except

terrified. So frightened that I would lie awake for the rest of the

night wondering what the hell had happened. I knew that it wasn?t a

nightmare. It was a million times worse

I believe I was in the world who is the only one who did this. At
some way I was demented or at the least disturbed. I didn?t talk to any

one about it and hoped that it would just go away. It would stop as

swiftly as it had started.

I had never heard of “night terrors” until I was here in New Zealand

when I was talking to a young mother whose son had them. I related to

She meant, which is what I experienced. Night terrors – I
could give a name. It was comforting in a vague way to know that I
wasn?t the only one. That this was a condition, albeit without a

scientifically know cause, or a cure.

Now that I knew what I was looking for I researched only to be dismayed

at how little was known about this affliction. How dreadful for the

parents that had to watch their children suffer. I was an adult and it

scared me to death. My husband, who couldn?t understand what was

happening to me, felt helpless.

It was David, my husband, who actually found a cure for me – though in
very indirect route. He experimented with what he called Orgonite,

say, taking them for granted a little.

It took me some time to realize that I did not suffer one night
terror for a long time. I was grateful but gave it little thought until

we went away. I woke up screaming – they were back! Why? It was only

when we were back home that I realized that we had not had any orgonite

devises with us!

Were they the answer? I couldn?t be sure so I asked my friend, the one

with the little boy that was a night terror sufferer, to take one of

David?s devices and try it. It worked. No more night terrors. Gone!

She was so relieved that she wanted to broadcast it. So she spoke to

other parents who had children who were afflicted by this terrible

I wonder if in the 1940 Reich had any idea that he would be helping

people in the 21st century overcome some thing that he may not have even
